Wholesale is not something we do at present. For press or editorial requests, email us with your outlet, deadline and what you need — images and specifications are available on request.
Include your order number, the item concerned, and what you would like us to do. If you are asking about an address change that has not taken effect yet, say so at the top; we read messages in order and an urgent line at the start gets handled first.
Where something has arrived damaged, send a wide shot and a close-up, plus a picture of the outer packaging if it was clearly mishandled. A photograph of the packaging helps if the parcel was crushed, and the carrier's label helps if the box was opened in transit.

Weekend and public-holiday messages are answered on the next business day, and nothing is left sitting unanswered over a long weekend without an acknowledgement.
Reply to your original message rather than starting a new one — the whole thread stays together and the person who has been handling it can pick it straight up. If two business days pass without an answer, assume something went wrong on our side rather than yours and nudge us — it is rare, and we would rather be told.
Our registered address is in the footer and is fine for formal correspondence, but please do not post returns there: returned parcels go to a different location and a letter will not reach the warehouse. Returns must go to the address we give you with a return reference, because the registered office cannot accept parcels.
For editorial requests, tell us the outlet, the deadline and the assets you need and we will send what exists. We can usually supply specifications and product images quickly.
