These terms cover browsing this site, placing an order and what happens if something goes wrong. By ordering you accept them.
This site is for personal shopping and review. Automated copying of listings, images or text is not permitted, and we reserve the right to limit access where traffic is disruptive. Content may change without notice as stock moves.
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch, not when the confirmation page appears.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are the amount charged. Card payments are authorised when the order is placed and captured at dispatch. If a price was displayed in error we will contact you before charging anything.
Materials and contents are listed on every product page and checked against the stock we hold. Screens vary, so a colour can look slightly different in person. Where an item differs from its description, we treat it as our error and cover the return.
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered and for replacing or refunding it if we do not. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control, though we will chase them on your behalf.
We revise these terms from time to time, and the revision in force at the moment of your order is the one that governs it. Significant changes are flagged on this page so returning customers are not caught out.
The parcel is our responsibility until it reaches you. Once the carrier has recorded delivery — to you, to a neighbour you nominated, or to the safe place you specified — the risk moves to you, which is why we ask for an address where someone can receive it.
The goods belong to you once the full amount has cleared. If a payment is later reversed, ownership returns to us and we may ask for the goods back.
You do not need an account to buy anything here; the checkout works as a guest. If you create one, keep the password to yourself, because activity under your credentials is treated as yours until you tell us they have been compromised.
Automated scraping, reusing our product photography elsewhere, attempting to interfere with payment processing, and serial ordering-and-refusing are all outside what this site is for. We may suspend access and cancel unfulfilled orders where the site is being misused.
You are free to link to us and to quote briefly with attribution. Republishing a listing in full, or using our images in another shop, is not covered by that and needs written permission.
Orders can be cancelled up to the moment they leave the warehouse. Once a parcel is on its way, the thirty-day return window takes over. Where we sent the wrong thing or it arrived damaged, the return is on us.
Tell us what happened and we will tell you what we are going to do about it. If the first reply does not resolve it, say so and we will escalate it internally and come back with a decision rather than another holding message.
Everything we send goes to the email you used at checkout, so please keep it up to date. For anything you need in writing, use the contact address in the footer and allow a business day for our answer.
